- Any other services, or off-site research & development incur extra fees.
CONSULTATION $ 300, flat fee up to one hour; (+ $ 150 per each added part of 30 minutes.):
- We can discuss your goals, assess your site, suggest options and design elements. We can estimate a budget range, discuss strategies and a plan. I will also offer notes, and can check irrigation if needed (additional fees apply).

A Master Plan For Success
- Getting all the best choices and making all the right decisions can be overwhelming. This is where an illustrated-master plan is an essential map to a successful garden realization. And Koby’s Garden Alchemy is here to help you navigate this sometimes-complicated process for your specific site.
- Our comprehensive design/planning phase begins after our initial collaborative consultation about your goals and ideas. Our Design will help clarify important aspects of your garden design, like placement and scale, to plants and structures in distinctive colors and shapes. This helps you visualize your garden before we start digging, planting, or building anything.
- This master plan can include sketches, drawings, photos, costs, timelines, and more; a guide for crafting a beautiful garden that accentuates your home’s character and style.
- If you need extensive hardscape accents or walls, we will help you design them but refer out general construction work to other companies. We’ll make those hard-scapes ‘softer’, more breathable, fresh, and alluring with plants.
- Starting project budgets from $ 10k+
